I am just writing to say how amazing your teaching techniques are. I am perhaps, to put it lightly, a difficult person to teach but your ways worked with me. Your dedication and efforts towards getting me to pass in such a limited time frame (I called in November and passed in January) have left me wanting to recommend you to anyone I can. As you know I have in the past had lessons with a large national company whose instructor as we discovered left out a huge amount of learning I had to do. I first gave driving a go 10 years ago and absolutely hated it so starting again was quite a scary thought! Tony is absolutely fab! I felt confident from day one as he got me driving from the start which definitely helped me, I found some instructors would talk too much rather than getting out there but it was perfect balance with tony, he taught ways of remembering things eg how to know when to turn when doing certain manoeuvres! Tony is an excellent instructor, who taught me the skills that I needed to pass the exam. I highly recommend Tony to everyone, as he is very patient with me when I made a lot of silly mistakes. He made sure that I get that confidence to pass the exam and I am really pleased I had Tony to be my instructor. You will get all the kind of help you need, he even printed out some diagrams for me which was really helpful and informative.

It's safe to say that Tony did not know what he was letting himself in for when he first pulled up outside my house for our first driving lesson together. However despite the challenges that lay ahead of him with The World's Most Difficult Pupil, Tony managed to transform me from a person who was completely afraid of driving and lacking in any confidence, to someone who passed her test with three minors and now drives everyday. All I can say for those of you that are reading this is: if you think you are one of those people that can't drive, won't be able to drive or you are afraid of driving, Tony is the instructor for you. I really struggled learning to drive, I think the fact that I was older made me more nervous behind the wheel. I had 2 previous driving instructors who both lost their temper with me which then made me even more nervous to drive! A friend of mine suggested I try an Automatic car and recommended Tony. From my very first lesson I was much more relaxed, I found driving an Automatic car so much easier and it took so much pressure off driving for me. Tony was fantastic and as I kept telling him throughout all of my lessons with him " You have the patience of a saint! " I found I was looking forward to every driving lesson instead of dreading them which I had previously. Tony was encouraging, positive and turned any worries I had around. I no longer dreaded roundabouts and eventually become so much more confident with all of my manoeuvres. Prior to practicing driving with Tony I already had 20 years of driving experience outside the UK. I had already one driving instructor with whom I was totally nervous and afraid to drive and not interested at all to go for classes. I failed my test drastically with 2 serious, 1 dangerous and multiple minor faults. I was totally disheartened until I practised driving with Tony. From the word go he made me feel at ease, my nervousness vanished and I became confident again. He gave me invaluable inputs and corrections.
